This interactive course will explore with participants what Jesus teaches us about non-violence as a transformative way of life. Participants will look at specific examples of living nonviolently in the Sermon on the Mount and how the spiritual practice of nonviolence may be applied to transform our lives and communities. If you are concerned about the increasing violence and fear in our lives and world today, this course will provide a space to better understand, reflect, and grapple with the spiritual practice of nonviolence that Jesus embodied and could be transformative for the future of us all.
