Our training programmes offer tried and tested methods for understanding and engaging in conflict, and navigating difference.

Place for Hope is delighted to be running the inaugural Certificate in ‘Faith in Change and Conflict’ in Scotland in July & October 2023 (two 3-day blocks, with an additional two 2-hour sessions of online teaching at a date to be agreed with participants)
Note: Dates for two x 2-hour sessions for online teaching input will be planned with participants to fit in between Parts 1 and 2
Knowing there is help and support available can be a great source of hope for those experiencing difficulties and divisions within their congregations and communities, and Place for Hope have a proven record in helping individuals and faith communities find both support and ways through the difficulties.
This advanced course is for all in leadership (ordained, lay, formal, informal) in our churches who want to deepen their learning about conflict, change and transition in faith contexts, in order to strengthen their skills base for local application.
Over the sessions, the course will cover four units:
£950 - payments can be made in instalments on request
Fee includes catering, accommodation and training materials
